Rules · v2.0 · April 2026

Simple rules.
No fine print.

Everything you need to know before you hit apply. No retainer, no exclusivity, no six-month clause. If Facebook spends on your creative, you get paid — every week, forever.

01 / The deal

Ship clips. Get paid weekly.

Two stages. % only on your first 5 clips, then $15 base on every clip plus spend-tier bonuses up to $3,000 per clip. Paid Monday via Wise. Full breakdown →

You submit finished AI video ads. We review within 24 hours. Approved clips get pushed into our live Facebook CBO campaign for the brand you picked. From there, you earn the same six spend-tier bonuses on every clip — the only thing that changes between Stage 1 and Stage 2 is the flat base pay on approval.

Stage 1 · Rookie (clips 1–5). $0 base on approval. You earn purely on spend bonuses — up to $3,000 per clip. The first 5 clips are the prove-you-can-ship stage.

Stage 2 · Graded (clip 6+). Each approved clip earns a flat $15 base on approval — fixed, no grade scaling. Your career grade still exists as a quality signal (the rolling average of your last 20 mature clips, computed from FB ad spend, CTR, and CPM) and helps your ranking with brands, but it does not change base pay. See how payouts work.

Spend bonuses.Same six tiers on every clip in both stages, non-stacking — you're paid at the highest tieryour clip has hit. Climbing a tier upgrades your bonus to the new number; it doesn't add on top.

FB spend on your clipBonus at this tier
$2,000$100
$5,000$250
$10,000$500
$20,000$1,000
$40,000$2,000
$60,000$3,000 (cap)
$3,015 Max per clip (base + cap)

No per-editor cap. One clip caps at $3,000. Ten clips at $3,000 each = $30,000. The only ceiling is how many winners you ship.

Pace. Claim and submit at your own pace. No required cadence, no streaks. Existing clips keep earning whether you ship 1 a month or 30.

02 / Content

What we'll approve.

AI-generated video ads built for Facebook Feed / Reels. Brand-safe, US English audience, any length up to 30 minutes.

  • AI-generated video. Any stack — Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Seedream, Pika, HeyGen, Midjourney Video, CapCut, Premiere. Bring your own credits.
  • US, English-speaking audience. All audio, captions, and hooks in English. US cultural references. That's who the FB pixel knows how to find.
  • Any length up to 30 minutes.9:16 or 1:1 format. Length doesn't set base pay — base is a flat $15 per approved clip — but FB performs better when you fit the brief.
  • Brand-safe for Facebook. No medical claims, no before/afters without disclosure, no supplements-cure-disease angles, no copyrighted music without clearance. If FB rejects the ad, you don't get paid on that clip — so stay inside the fence.
  • Brand + product.Every clip is tied to one brand and one product from that brand's catalog. You can submit to any live brand, any product, any time.
  • Review promise: under 24 hours. Most inside 6.
The clip is yours to make. The Facebook ad policy and the brand guardrails are non-negotiable.

If Facebook rejects the adafter we approved it: no bonus accrues for that clip (the ad never spent). We'll forward FB's flag reason so you can re-cut and resubmit as a fresh clip — the original base pay stands.

03 / IP & ownership

You own your craft.
We own the ad account.

Simplest possible split. No work-for-hire riders on your personal reel.

We own the Facebook ad account, the pixel, the CBO campaign, the budget, and the creative's exclusive use inside our paid-media mix. You don't run the ads. You don't post organically. We do.

You own your workflow, your tools, your reel, your personal brand. You can use clips you made in your portfolio after they've aired. What you can't do: upload the same clip (or a trivially-recut version) as a paid ad for a competing brand while it's still running on ours.

Reshoots / variations. If a clip dies on FB (CPM too high, low conversion), we may ask you to re-cut or reshoot. That's a new submission — fresh base pay, fresh spend track.

04 / Payouts

Monday, via Wise, any country.

Weekly batched payout. Independent contractor. You handle your own taxes.

Earnings disclosure. Quoted earnings figures are caps, not guarantees. The platform is new (2026 launch); we have not yet published median earnings. Most clips earn the base rate only; spend-tier bonuses are exceptional outcomes. See Disclosures for the full breakdown.

  • Payout window: every Monday at 09:00 UTC we batch all editor earnings from the prior week and wire them.
  • Rails: Wise. Any country Wise supports. No fees passed to you.
  • Currency: quoted in USD; Wise converts to local at mid-market.
  • Relationship: independent contractor. Not an employee. Taxes on your side, wherever you live.

If a payout fails (bad IBAN, bank rejection), we escrow the money, email you, and retry once you update the Wise recipient. No penalty, no re-processing fee.

05 / Contract

The agreement, in plain English.

This page is the contract. Between you and Interactive Ecommerce LLC.

By submitting an application, you agree to the terms on this page. This is an ongoing relationship, not a fixed-term cycle. Either party can exit at any time — your existing live clips keep paying out under these terms until they cap or die on FB.

If Facebook spends on your creative, we pay. If FB rejects the ad, no pay on that clip. No other obligations either way.
06 / Disputes

Good-faith first.

If something feels off, email us before escalating. 90% of disputes are spend-attribution questions.

Email brand@editandprofit.com with the clip ID, your concern, and what outcome you want. We respond within 2 business days.

Spend-attribution disputes: we pull cumulative spend from the Facebook Marketing API per ad creative, snapshot at 09:00 UTC Monday. If Facebook later restates spend down (fraud filtering, etc.), we do not claw back. If it restates up, we pay the difference in the next Monday batch.

Rejection disputes:we'll share the review reason and let you resubmit a re-cut as a fresh clip.

Escalation:if email doesn't resolve, we submit to JAMS (USA) arbitration. Governing law: Wyoming.
